Far from the hus­tle and bus­tle of tourism, sur­round­ed by forests, mead­ows and moun­tain­ous scenery, a space has been cre­at­ed that is con­ducive to true relax­ation – slow, mind­ful and restorative.

Houses designed in harmony with nature and the landscape

The hous­es in Studzi­en­no were designed as a nat­ur­al exten­sion of the sur­round­ing land­scape. The design was con­ceived with a view to pre­serv­ing the nat­ur­al char­ac­ter of the site. The exist­ing veg­e­ta­tion has large­ly been left in place, and inter­fer­ence with the site has been kept to a min­i­mum. It is a space shared with the land­scape and nature, which remains an inte­gral part of the expe­ri­ence of stay­ing there.

The hous­es are con­struct­ed using CLT (Cross-Lam­i­nat­ed Tim­ber) tech­nol­o­gy. This durable, sta­ble and nat­ur­al mate­r­i­al allows for the cre­ation of healthy and wel­com­ing inte­ri­ors. The exposed tim­ber inside cre­ates an atmos­phere of warmth and tran­quil­li­ty and nat­u­ral­ly reg­u­lates the micro­cli­mate, ensur­ing com­fort what­ev­er the season.

Close to nature. Far from the crowds.

The area is ideal for long hikes away from the crowds, cycling trips through unspoilt countryside and experiencing nature in its most authentic form.
In summer, the region offers walking and cycling trails; in winter, it provides access to numerous cross-country skiing trails and ski resorts in the Central Sudetes. Despite its growing popularity, it remains a place where you can find peace and quiet, far removed from mass tourism.
